- “Proper body alignment and technique from the onset of training is crucial – whether a recreational dancer or a dancer looking to become professional. The training we offer is based in classical ballet movements and alignment focused on core strengthening. Learning and mastering jazz and ballet technique from the beginning of training allows dancers to progress quickly and safely. I firmly believe in age-appropriate movements. Children do not need to be dancing in an adult manner. Our instruction is based on positive reinforcement and encouragement. I have witnessed how these methods are effective in nurturing and influencing students at all ages and levels!”
